// About us
A small studio that ships software people actually use
Cyntra Technologies was founded to close the gap between ambitious ideas and reliable, working software, without the agency overhead.
// Our story
Started by builders, still run by builders
Cyntra Technologies began as a two-person team building websites for small Nairobi businesses. Today we design and ship full products — web apps, mobile apps, and internal tools — for clients across East Africa and beyond, while keeping the same close, hands-on approach we started with.
We deliberately stay lean. Every project is led by senior engineers and designers, not handed off to a rotating cast of juniors — which is why clients come back for their second and third products.

// What we value
Principles that shape every engagement
Outcome-first
We measure success by what the software does for your business, not by lines of code shipped.
Fast, visible progress
You see staging builds every week, not a single reveal at the end of the project.
Built to last
Clean architecture and documentation mean your software stays maintainable long after launch.
A real partnership
We stay reachable after delivery — most of our new clients come from referrals, not ads.
// How we work
A process built for visibility, not surprises
Five stages, the same for every project, so you always know what's happening and why.
Discover
We start with a working session to understand your goals, users, and constraints before a single line of code is written.
Design
Wireframes and prototypes let you react to the structure early, so visual design starts from something you've already approved.
Build
We develop in short, visible sprints with staging links, so you're never waiting weeks to see progress.
Test
Cross-device QA, performance checks, and accessibility passes happen before anything reaches your users.
Launch
We handle deployment, DNS, and monitoring, then stay close for the first two weeks in production.
